Terms of service

These terms apply to invited pilot and customer use of the Amed commerce intelligence service.

Service and access

Amed is a business service operated by SillySanta AS, trading as It Happens. Access is provided through an invited workspace and may also be governed by a separate agreement with the customer organisation. Users must keep their account secure and may only connect services and accounts they are authorised to access.

Connected services

Amed retrieves data using permissions granted by the user and the connected provider. Provider access, availability, review requirements, quotas, and data quality remain controlled by that provider. Amed cannot grant a user access to an ad account, store, or return-portal account they do not already have.

Source connectors are intended to be read-only. A destination can write only when the user explicitly configures that output. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated analysis before making business decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Amed unlawfully, attempt to bypass workspace isolation or provider permissions, upload malicious content, share credentials outside the intended connection flow, or use the service to build personal profiles about end customers. We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the service.

Availability and responsibility

Pilot features can change and third-party integrations can fail or require renewed consent. We operate the service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated output is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending access

A user can disconnect individual sources from Connections. The customer or an authorised user can ask us to close an account or workspace using the data deletion process. Separate customer agreements control any payment, service period, or negotiated termination terms.
