Data deletion instructions

You can remove a connected provider grant or request deletion of your Amed account and workspace data.

Last updated 1 September 2026

Disconnect one service

  1. Sign in to Amed and open Connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect beside the relevant service.
  3. For Meta or Google, you may also remove Amed from the connected-app settings in your Meta or Google account. This revokes the provider-side grant as well.

Disconnecting removes the renewable credential held by Amed. It does not delete data in the provider or historical workspace content that was created before disconnection.

Delete an account or workspace

Email henrik@ithappens.no from the address used for Amed. Include the workspace name and state whether you want your user account or the full customer workspace deleted. A full workspace request must come from an authorised customer representative.

We will verify the request, confirm its scope and the applicable completion period, then delete or irreversibly anonymise the data unless retention is required by law, security, or an active contract.

What a full workspace deletion covers

It covers workspace memberships, chats, messages, saved agents, schedules, dashboards, integration connections and encrypted credentials, subject to the exceptions above. Deleting an Amed workspace does not delete source data held by Shopify, Google, Meta, Triple Whale, Inventory Planner, or the return portal.
